I cannot access my volume or brightness sliders, I can’t power off, holding down the power and off button at the same time doesn’t work and my volume buttons work fine, when I go into settings and shut down from there, nothing seems too happen, I haven’t tried to let it die then try, but… yeah. Can anyone help me with this??

If your iPad is unresponsive to input, connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge. Then, while still connected to external power, perform a forced-restart:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
