My iPhone hotspot is not working, even I have tried to reset network, restart and cellular connection setting

Do you pay for hotspot service through your carrier? Hotspot service is provided through your carrier, NOT Apple. Contact your carrier for help if the service isn't working for you.

By "not working" do you mean that the Hotspot is not producing a network signal at all.....or.....the Hotspot is producing a signal, but some or all devices cannot connect?
