How can I make my Beats Solo headphones fit better?

Just bought these on-ear Beats headphones and would love to keep them, but they seem a little loose on my head. (I bought these and sent my new Beats StudioPro back to the seller because they were just too big for my narrow head!) Yet the Solo 4 is still too loose. I’d love a snugger fit. Any suggestions on how to pad the over-the-head band to make it fit? Thank you.

Beats Fit Pro I have trouble getting my beats fit pro earbuds to stay in my ears. I did the fit test and the medium feels slightly too big, but the smalls don’t seal enough for the noise cancellation to be as effective as it is with the mediums. Sometimes they stay in fine for a while but they always end up getting loose, and if I eat with them in then they fall out within a few minutes. I had this same issue with my AirPod Pro ear buds which is why I got the beats. Any suggestions?

Beats headphones too tight on my head, and start hurting after a little while. I’ve had beats solo pro for a while now, and I used to use them quite a bit, but stopped due to the pain that kept occurring on my head/on my ears. Is there any way to fix this because I love the headphones, but even a few minutes is painful?
