Why are my FaceTime settings greyed out?
When I go to settings I can’t access facetime settings unlike the other apps it remains in highlighted (it’s grey), but when I can facetime on the app. How do I fix it?

The reason why your FaceTime is disabled may be due to your Content and Privacy Restrictions, Open Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and Features > Allow Facetime.
