I haven’t been able to log into my Disney+ subscription on my new iPhone 15 Pro Max

I am having issues with logging onto Disney+ with my new phone.

It keeps asking me to choose a plan when I already have a plan.

I dont want to choose a plan again and pay twice.

Answer.

Click on the subscription you have purchased (don't worry it wont charge you extra) Then on the next screen that pops up there is a link that says "restore my previous purchase".

This then logged me in as my subscription.

As long as you are using a device with the same iTunes account you signed up with originally it will recognise the account and not charge you a second time.

It is frustrating that they dont have the "restore my previous purchase" on the previous screen as everyone seems to stop at the screen asking for you to pay again.
