Overheating, No liquid damage and battery life at 91%

There was a littke bit of water that got into the bottom of my iphone 11, I placed it standing on the table and the table has little water on the surface, I quickly dried it with tissue and played a sound to help the water be removed from the speakers. I was able to use it over night without any problem, the morning after, my phone keeps turning on and off and it is over heating, the LCI is white upon checking and batery life is t 91%.

What could be the problem with my Iphone?

iPhone 11, iOS 17

The phone was damaged by water. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop, so they can go over your options with you.
