How do I open my Apple Watch without typing the code?

You can set your Watch and iPhone to unlock each other. You would have to have your iPhone with you and unlocked for it to open your Watch. Please keep in mind, that removing the requirement for a passcode will force all your credit and debit card etc. off your Apple Watch. Not sure if that is important for you or not.
