Why can't I see Face ID and Passcode in Settings on my new iPhone 15?

Just got a new iPhone 15 yesterday, I want to set up facial recognition, but "Face ID & Passcode" is no where to be found in "Settings" and not searchable. I had this set up on my iPhone 9, but not it is not available on it as well

there are few options

  1. go to the settings , look for faceid and password, enter the numeric password you have set for your phone , register for face id , face id with mask and face id with glasses
  2. reset the i phone , it will prompt you to enroll for face id as per on screen instructions , hope it helps
  3. if nothing works , get it checked for hardware malfunction
  4. even if nothing works sell the i phone and think which is better i phone or android phone , go for oneplus or google pixel series they are much better in terms if software and hardware configuration than i phone
  5. i phone should have provided a finger print scanner which is not present but in one plus and google pixel its there , much better then face id at least we can have a better video viewing experience with better and bigger screens which cost half the price of i phone
  6. service is also really expensive for i phone eg, battery replacement , screen replcent , motgerboard replacement , one plus 11 is much more reliable and better phone than i phone 15 because of more ram and more storage and better refreshing screen along with a small camera punch hole rather than face id dynic island pill which is of no use

Face ID & Passcode should be in the Settings App, between Siri & Search abd Emergency SOS.

Do note, you should have been walked through the Face ID set up when you where first setting up the new iPhone.

If you don't see it, it may be blocked by Screen Time restrictions. Go to Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content and Privacy Restrictions ➜ Allow Changes to, and make sure "Passcode & Face ID" is set to "Allow".

Also, there is no such thing as an iPhone 9. Either 8, or X.
