I cannot get either my Dell desktop or HP Laptop runninng Windows 11 to recognize my iPad (3).

They both can see my iPhone 13 Pro Max with no problem. What can I

fix so they will see the iPad? I know the cable and the USB port are

OK and all operating systems have been updated. I also don’t see

Apple Mobile Services running on either PC.
