Your iPhone isn’t exempt from a hacker hacking it. So do not listen to these individuals that are stating it’s impossible for your iPhone to be hacked, they just haven’t experienced this yet. Your apps may have malicious code. Find someone in your area to scan your iPhone for spyware.

It's not impossible. It's just improbable. Unless, of course, you jailbreak your iPhone. But if you don't, it's pretty close to impossible. Certainly close enough that it makes sense to look at all the other possibilities first.

A remote hack into an iPhone costs a couple of hundred thousand dollars. Very few of us are worthy of that sort of attention.

It's not possible to "scan" an iPhone for "spyware." If you see an app you don't recognize, delete it. If you are really concerned, restore the phone to factory settings, not from back up. That's rarely necessary, but it does make some people feel better.

It is possible for someone to compromise your Apple ID (and other accounts), especially if you haven't enabled Two-Factor Authentication.

Your iPhone 14 Pro has not been hacked. For all practical purposes iPhones cannot be hacked remotely.

Are you sharing an Apple ID with anyone? That can be one cause of what you describe.

An interesting fact about hacking; a hacker will leave no evidence of their hacking. That will totally defeat the purpose of hacking. So if you see odd symptoms that almost guarantees there is no hacker.
