I purchased 200GB of iCloud storage which has been updated and approved but in storage my iCloud Photos have been updating for 8 days now. I need this extra storage for my holiday and I currently have no apps because I don’t have enough storage. I also can’t upload any photos or videos to the cloud because my storage is full. This is getting quite annoying now.

Upgrading Photos to iCloud:
If a hundreds of GBs of photos will not upload, the likely you have the services to do so. You should just transfer your photos to your computer, and then upload photos from the computer to iCloud. Using a computer is more user-friendly, and faster, being they are made for multitasking.
