Volume up button not making clicking sound like other buttons

The volume up button on my iPhone seems to be stuck down. It still works, but it has to be pressed fairly hard and in a certain direction to work. It also does not giving the clicking sound as other buttons gave

So I guess I was just wondering if there was any way for me to fix this, or if it would be covered by the warranty.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Shubhamverma24,

Sorry to hear that your volume up button isn’t working as expected. If you’ve already removed any cases and visible debris around the button that could be inhibiting its functionality, you can start the repair process to have your phone fixed at https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&SG=SG003&category_id=SC0022&symptom_id=21009. You can get in-person support at an Apple Store or ship your phone to the Apple repair specialists. iPhones come with a one-year warranty from when you got the device, but it typically only covers manufacturing defects from the factory and not accidental damage. An official Apple employee will be able to assist you with any questions you have about pricing. There are buttons to start a chat or phone call with an employee at the bottom of the page I linked earlier.
