How can I turn Bluetooth on without USB connection on Mac mini?

I was setting up my new Mac mini today. I connected my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. They are an older version that does not have the lightning USB plug to them, only the battery Bluetooth version. Then, I migrated my laptop to the mini, and I had my Bluetooth turned off on my MacBook Pro, so the settings turned it off on my mini. Now I have no way to get it activated. Is there a way to turn Bluetooth on or do I have to go Get, a USB connection to do it?
