Active Paid Subscriptions won't show in Settings - iPhone SE and beyond

Fairly self explanatory in title, however to clarify further, I cannot seem to find all my active subscriptions in my iPhone SE. This has been going on for months, and I see it continuing to show up for others who use earlier versions and later versions of iPhone. At one point, I could see all of my subscriptions - paid or unpaid, and now this function has seemed to vanish. Has this little bug been fixed or is it still at a stand still? Any further explanation on this would be greatly appreciated!

The option has neither been removed, nor requires fixing since its still there.

Do note: If you are the Family Organizer in a family sharing group, subscriptions started by other members will appear on their accounts not yours, even though you are still charged for them.
