Why are many Apple Maps features not available in Greece, like 3D Maps, transit fares, flyover, cycling directions etc

There is a number of features of Apple Maps doesn’t have available in Greece, like the ones I mentioned in the title. 3D Maps are a very cool and attractive way to explore the world. Transit fares are important, so you can know how cheap or expensive it is. If the subway in Athens costs ten euros and you learn it last minute, you might be lacking money. Flyover is a faster way to explore a city than just scrolling on the map, like a video of flying over a city by airplane or helicopter. Cycling directions can be important, to give you best routes without dangerous things like busy streets or hills.
