com.apple.Safari.SafeBrowsing.Service quit unexpectedly

Hi, since a few days my Mac (up to date, running macOS Monterey 12.7.6, installed last week) is running very slowly, I keep getting the turning wheel for almost every command, and I keep getting the message com.apple.Safari.SafeBrowsing.Service quit unexpectedly. I emptied trash, run diagnostics, logged out and rebooted at least 10 times. Any suggestion what to do to remedy this? Thanks so much!

Have you run Disk Utility's Disk First Aid on all connected drives?

In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.

Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

Indeed i have run Disk Utility's First Aid, nothing found. I also run Diagnostics, nothing reported. I just ran the Etrecheck: seems like nothing found too (see screenshot). I am not running a VPN, Anti-virus, Cleaning App. There is plenty of space (1,2Tb) on the startup disk. I cleaned up some unused applications and support applications (in library). It improved somewhat the performance, however now, Mail is quitting regularly with the same time of error report. Thank you for your help!
