APPLE SSD AP1024Z Media Red Bar/No Space?

Hi there, I have the M2 Max 32GB laptop & noticed that this was full. I'm not the most tech minded, any help on what to do in this scenario would be greatly appreciated. (apologies if this is a pretty thick question I don't want to do something silly & lose any important files).
