There is some bug of self-moving pointer to bottom left corner. It does move not instantly, so usually I was capable of stopping without it reaching corner. Also it only occurs when I move pointer and try to click. It has been already 3 months as I am encountering this bug. I have tried new software updates and reinstalled macOS once, but it did not help.

Is this with the Macbook Pro 14" shown in your equipment line? Another Apple device?I have to ask because the equipment line is messed up about half the time. Old forum bug.
If so, unexpected trackpad and keyboard behavior can be due to a swelling battery and that requires immediate attention from Apple.
Indicators of swelling:
— uneven gap between the bottom plate and chassis
— bottom plate screws raised or missing
— gap between display and chassis is uneven when display is closed
— A bowed trackpad when you sight across the "deck" at a low angle
— computer "rocks" on a known flat surface
The best really flat test surface in a residence is a solid-surface (quartzite") or granite countertop,

Yes, it is Macbook Pro 14" m3 pro. I don think swollen battery is case because it seems to be flat
