Random click issues with trackpad after MacOS Sonoma update on my MacBook Air M1

I updated my office laptop (MacBook Pro intel) and my personal laptop (MacBook Air M1) together to the new MacOS Sonoma after 15 days back. After that I started getting a similar issue on both laptops. The trackpad click (or magic mouse click) were not working in some random areas/buttons of the screen, but for the other places it works. Like for example, I'm able to click most items on my bookmark bar, but last 2-3 links are not clickable, as if the mouse hover is not detected.

I was hoping that since many people are facing this issue, Apple would automatically resolve this asap, but the issue still persists and there have been no updates on this.

Please look into this issue on priority as it affects my work.
