Can’t download Shopee App

I have IPhone purchased in Indonesia with Indonesian phone number and I can’t download shopee app. I am originally from USA but the only thing connecting my phone to there is being logged into my Apple ID.

How do I install an app not available in my country or region on iPhone 15? I have an iPhone 15 that I purchased while living in the US. I now live in Panama and I cannot download and install the app for my Panamanian internet provider. I have changed my region, logged out of my Apple account, restarted the phone, signed back into my Apple account and I still receive the message that the app is not available in my country or region. Unable to download apps in certain country that I know are available I've just moved to a different country and am trying to download some apps but keep getting a notification saying "App not available in your country or region"; but I know that it is as some of my friends in the area have it. Any ideas?

Why can’t I download European apps? while in Europe (where I spend half my year) my App Store doesn’t show any UK apps that I am told to get, and I am not able to change my location without a UK phone number.
