Iphone 15 Pro - "Cellular" disabled, not able to add eSim
I installed 2 eSims on my iPhone 15 pro (Verizon, Google FI). Due to "invalid" sim error, both eSims stopped working with no cellular service (not sure which sim errored out). After multiple calls with Apple Support, they asked me to take a backup and restore the phone. After restoring the phone from backup (17.6.1), issue persisted. Now, had to reset the phone, erase all data (like a new phone) - same issue (Cellular is disabled).
Finally, appleID was disassociated with the device completely (removed all devices), reset network service, restarted. (Ensured Cellular is turned on via Location/Privacy, VPN turned off, lockdown mode turned off, Airplane mode turned off). WiFi and Bluetooth work. Diagnostics says - no hardware or software issue.
Cellular is still disabled (Phone says No SIM). Cannot add a new eSim, no workable solution from Apple other than keep checking various Settings options). Apple store installed 17.6.1 again (not sure how, but was told it was not OTA - over the air update).
Is there anything that I need to try to enable "Cellular" so I can add eSim via QR code?
