Stickers made using IOS (photos) no longer appear in my frequently used list in WhatsApp.

when I create a sticker in photos, it automatically saves and is usable in iMessage. But it is no longer available in WhatsApp. They used to show up in the keyboard when you press the emoji button (not the sticker button). I checked and this function still works on my wife’s phone but I think an update has lost this function. I’m aware I can still create a sticker using photos in WhatsApp but it has a weird white outline. Anyone know the fix for this?

I’ve just worked out the solution after much frustration. It’s a setting change (which I didn’t do but must be a glitch in an update).

go to settings>general>keyboard then at the bottom toggle stickers to on. Then they show again on keyboard (frequently used) when you hit emoji button on WhatsApp (not the sticker button confusingly!)
