BITFROST.BUNDLE appears to be malware or spyware

I’ve reset my phone, my location, my network, and this “app” always shows back up in my privacy/location settings? However, I will note, it doesn’t show up on my newer iPhones? I have a s 2nd gen SE and the old 6s, which do not seem to be protected from it. The newer 13 Pro Max, on the exact same ID, doesn’t show this, at all? I’ve also noticed, if I reset location, it goes away, only temporarily? I’ve installed and uninstalled all my typical reputable apps, and none of these seem to be the problem. I was wondering, if the “Safe Crypto Curves” setting in the Safari in the “Developers WebKit Feature Settings”, may be causing this problem? There are no apps in the App Store I’ve ever downloaded contains the word Bitfrost. If there is anyone with further information, I’d greatly appreciate hearing from you. Note* I do some app developing on my computer, but I do not do anything on my phone, with the developers features?
