Can't sign in to AppleTV app on Roku TV

I have a TCL Roku TV and it no longer can connect to AppleTV. It is

giving me an error. I logged out of AppleTV, reset my password and now

cannot Sign back in to AppleTV. I get the 'something went wrong' error. I

checked my Network connections and they are Excellent (Signal strength)

and Good (bandwith 82mbps). This just started last week when trying to

watch a recent episode of Time Bandits. Anyone have any suggestions of

how to reconnect to AppleTV and get this show to play.

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

Also check for TV system software updates (Roku OS). Install if available.

Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.

If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
