I’m so blacklisted is it a thing to worry about

I bought this new phone from a friend last year and every since I haven’t been able to use it due to the fact that it uses eSIM and he said his aunty sent him the phone from the united state, so just few days back I checked the imei on the imei checker and it shows blacklisted and they gave few reasons like, might be fraud, or non pay and some other reasons like that,, now I couldn’t contact my friend anymore because we lost contact, what can I do to remove this from being blacklisted?

You don’t. You bought a stolen phone. If your friend didn’t outright “steal” it, what happened is the original owner reneged on their contractual obligation with their cellular carrier, resulting in it being blacklisted.

It’s useless. Toss it in the nearest electronics recycling bin.

So you bought a new phone from a "friend" who got it from his "aunty [in] the united state [sic]", you've found out that the phone is blacklisted, and now this "friend" has conveniently disappeared?

Sounds like you purchased a phone that is never going to get cellular service again. Quite possibly a stolen phone that the carriers blacklisted at the request of the true owner.
