Logitech combo not working

Space bar works intermittently depending where i’m typing. If I hold down the shift button while pressing the space bar it will insert a space.The up/down/left/right buttons don't work either. trackpad is also selective in its functionality.

I just took delivery of this Combo 8/14 and did the required update.

FYI ... just because you purchased it from Apple does not mean Apple supports it.

Regardless, you have a few choices:

You have 14 days, from the purchase date to return it for either a full refund or a replacement.
As I mentioned in my first reply, you can contact Logitech Support for assistance.
You can, of course, wait for someone else here, who has the same devices to chime in with their experience/solution.
