Logitech trackpad not working on keyboard

hey guys does anyone know how to fix this my keyboard works perfectly fine but the trackpad is not working it worked for a little bit once I got there keyboard out of the box but then just stopped working I tried to update it with the QWE thing nothing worked Please help!!!
