Can’t unlock notes, forgot password
I can’t remember my password for some locked notes made in 2020, how the heck am I supposed to access them if no new password will be applied to them

Hello,
There is no way to regain access to these Notes, unless you remember the password. You have no limit to the number of times you can guess the password, however.
Please refer to the following excerpt from this Support Article:
"Apple doesn't have access to locked notes and can’t help you access them if you forget your notes password. If you forget your notes password, resetting the password doesn’t give you access to previously locked notes. If you reset then create a new notes password, that only allows you to lock other notes."
