How can I recover my hacked iCloud account?

Some one hacked my iCloud they removed my personal number and signed in with their number which required them to remove mine and I ended not being able to have access to my iCloud now I don't know how to sign in am stuck without my iCloud it can’t verify my number it says verification failed

Can I regain access to my iCloud account if someone else has removed my phone number, and all my personal security details if so how? My account was compromised, and I’m wondering if I can gain access to it, they’ve replaced my phone number with theirs and along with the email, so I cant reset the password

You could try to contact Apple to say: “Hey, my account is hacked. Can you disable it?”, and they will probably fix it.
