I’m having trouble trying to update my printer to the new internet service, I don’t remember my administrator name nor password, don’t know what to do, no hint to even trying to figure it out it’s a Mac OS catalina

Determining an Administrator user name is simple enough. Refer to Change Users & Groups User preferences on Mac - Apple Support.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Users & Groups.
A list of users appears at the left.
