New 14" Macbook Pro heating up from Simple tasks

Hello. I have got my Macbook as a replacement laptop 1 or 2 months ago and I have been noticing that it is singnificantly heating up just tasks that an M3 Max is absolutely capable of. Some tasks that I have noticed that has significantly heated up was like creating projects on unity and typing codes on Visual Studio 2022. My Macbook has a 16 core cpu and a 40 core gpu. What I don't get is that I used to own a 14 inch macbook pro m1 pro 8 core cpu and 14 core gpu and it never heated up like ever not even the fans were activated but for this one the fans are working almost at full time and all my cpu cores heating up like crazy. Should I take it to the Apple store and have it checked out here is a photo of what my fans worked like

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.6

First, let’s see if this issue happens in Safe Mode:

  1. Shut down your Mac.
  2. Press and hold the power button on your Mac. As you continue to hold the power button, your Mac turns on and loads startup options. When you see Options, release the power button.
  3. Select your startup disk. It's named Macintosh HD, unless you changed its name.
  4. Press and hold the Shift key, then click the “Continue in Safe Mode” button below your startup disk.
  5. Log in to your Mac. You might be asked to log in again.

If the screen anomaly does not occur, then it may possibly be a software issue.

If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode:

Leave safe mode by restarting your Mac normally, then try to reproduce the issue.

If the issue doesn't return, it might have been resolved by the other things that safe mode did at startup, such as checking your disk and clearing caches.

If the problem persists, then let’s try this:

If none of those ideas work, then I recommend service.

Thank you or the screenshot.

See the RAM:

View the Activity Monitor to see what is taking up lots of RAM.

Set Up a Genius Bar Appointment:

As for getting this serviced. Yes. You should get this worked at.

Have no worries. It is a misconfiguration on, and you need to take it to them, getting this fixed. Set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be looked at and you'll be provided with your options to fix this.
