The language on my iPad Air 2 is stuck on Croatian

My iPad just started using Croatian - I’ve followed the Apple instructions but it still shows Croatian

Is it your keyboard or the interface menus which is stuck?

I’ve tried and tried to send the screen but am unable to so I think my next option is to shutdown and restart my iPad and see if that helps
