Airpod Pros Rattle when Using Features

My airpod pros will rattle at a high pitch whenever I turn on the noise canceling or transparency features. I have cleaned them, changed the ear tips countless times. Everything is up to date. They’re also super quiet. I’ve heard this is a common issue but is there any fix?
