iPhone 7 battery health and boot loop issues

So basically I have an iPhone 7 which is my old phone and I was using it to get old photos back and then all of a sudden it started shutting down continuously and it won’t show the battery capacity, the last time I checked it was right before it started boot looping and it said 74 % capacity, so does this mean that it’s a battery issue? someone please tell me why it’s doing this asap

It is a given that you will need a new battery for the phone, since it should have been replaced at 80%. Hopefully, that is all that you will need.

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
