M1 Pro Touch Bar not working

hi there

my M1 Pro Touch Bar is not working its showing up but when you touch it there is no response

I tried restarting factory reset and even use command prompt

and I tried to clear ram as well but Its still not working and I did latest update as well

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.6

No SMC or NVRAM on the M1/M2/M3 SoC....


The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

If no resolve try SafeBoot to sort anomalies Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support



if no resolve I suspect you have a hardware issues—


In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


Outside the USA

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
