Switching and open iPhoto libraries

Does anyone know how to open external iPhoto libraries?

What computer are you using? If your using a Mac, what OS?

Do you really mean iPhoto, the Apple app that was discontinued about 10 years ago?

If you are talking Mac opening iPhoto, then recent OSs won't do it. Your best bet is to use the trusted 3rd party app PowerPhotos ($30), which will convert iPhoto Libraries to Photos Libraries.
