Icloud App on Windows in a two-factor authentication loop

Hello,

The iCloud app on my windows computer is stuck in an endless authentication loop. I have two-factor set and in use. I type password as requested by the iCloud app. Next, I approve the login request on the authenticator app, then enter the pin provided. The Windows iCloud application appears to be processing it, then it returns to the login authentication step starting the process all over again.

Application version is 15.2.157.0

Thanks for the advice. While "repair" did not solve the problem, "reset" did. The button can be found in Windows 11 under Settings > Apps >Installed Apps >iCloud.

So there seems to be no need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
