What should I do If my iTunes app purchase refund request is denied?

The site I play is caesars free slots of so they say.

when I’ve done some purchases I think hold on what have I got for my money and everytime it’s nothing.

so I go to iTunes for a refund now then Right of withdrawl dosent work and now none of their other choices work for a refund, so you can’t get one and you can’t even review any you’ve got it just dosent work , so you think we’ll it’s s scam which it is. If they have a list of choices we’ll it’s illegal to not be able to use any.

and yes they never give you a reason cos they’ve not got one
