How do you change the language of a specific app?

I am from the Uk and have a French banking app. The app states it’s provided in over 20 languages, English included. How do I download the French app in English? My region is set to the Uk. Thanks

Go to the Settings for your French banking app. It should have a place where you can choose which of the 20 languages you want it to display. Normally all apps already contain all their supported languages and no additional download is required.
