somehow time to leave alerts in Calendar are not working for me. I’m supposed to activate shortcuts and alerts. This is not a personal automation. Haven’t been able to find how to fix. Thanks for the help.

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services. "Alerts & Shortcuts Automation" will be the first setting in the list. This should allow you to use Time to Leave.
