Hi, i do refund for foodpanda purchase on 7 august 2024 and already approved by foodpanda less than 24 hours. May i know when can i get the money from apple pay to my card ? Is already more than 14 working days.

Yes, I believe Jeff Donald is on the right track and I assumed it was an App Store purchase. That is my mistake. A refund provided by the merchant does not go to Apple Pay and will go directly to your bank of the card used. Apple is not involved in the refund. The merchant should be able to give you the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) of the return and you can give that number to the bank to see the progress. Delays like this are usually the fault of the merchant not issuing the refund when they said they did.

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
