My iCloud storage is not reflecting monthly subscription
I bought iCloud storage monthly subscription but my email still says that I have no available space and I can’t neither send nor receive mail.

Hi Helenabel13,
First we need to figure out what storage is actually full. Reason for mentioning this is because it depends on your email service provider, like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, etc. If it is any other than '[your-account]@icloud.com', there is a good chance that your allotted storage with your email provider is full. Not necessarily your iCloud storage.
Generally, if your email (provider) storage is full, it means you either have tens of thousands of emails, or hundreds of emails with large attachments like pictures and/or documents.
So if your email address ends with '@icloud.com', we can take it a step further here on the forums. We'll figure this thing out! However;
If your email address ends with anything else, you need to purchase more storage with your email provider accordingly. If you don't want to do that, you don't have to; simply save the attachments to your device (iPhone or computer) first. Then delete the emails to free up (email provider) space.
