I can’t remember my old passcodes required to access my iCloud after recovery

How can I access back my iCloud contents if I can’t remember my old passcode without deleting my encrypted data. All replies I've seen only talk about resetting password. My account was recovered, I changed my password but when I log into my account on the my iphone it wants my old passcode, but I can't remember this and it's what locked me out to begin with, what can I do? I do not have access to another iphone.
