Can’t use the ringtone I purchased
I purchased a song and I can find it on Apple Music but cannot find it on my ringtones to select it ,I pressed to download from store but still not appearing

You didn't purchase a ringtone, you purchased a song. Songs cannot directly be used for ringtones. They need to be trimmed to 30 seconds or less and be converted to the M4R format.
You can use Garage Band to do this or look in the App Store for ringtone making apps.
