Auto lock stopped working on my iPhone after iOS 17.6.1 update

Good Lord. I work as a freelancer for a large agency and my device is 'managed' by Microsoft suite of substandard products.

Deleted 'Device Management' and problem solved.

Now of course I have to do an IT ticket with the agency. Because my device is no longer managed.

Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock, then choose a length of time.

It's amazingly annoying. I've tried, checking for the latest updates, turning off Low Power Mode in Battery, confirming correct Time and Date.

I draw portraits while using the iPad for photo reference. I haven't been able to use it since January.

Can no longer change the duration from the default 2 minutes. As someone who uses their ipad for visual art, this is incredibly annoying.

Was going back and forth and they gave me this useless tidbit and left the chat suddenly.
