Airpods are not being "discovered" with windows 11

My AirPod pros are not being detected by my PC for pairing (Windows 11).

They connect to both my iPhones and my iPad. It's not that I don't know how to add a bluetooth device to my pc, since I have used these airpods just about everyday for years on this same pc. They wouldn't connect so I removed them so that I could reinstall them, but when I put them in pairing mode, the pc doesn't find them...it just keeps looking. Odd because they worked yesterday as I said.
