How do I reset my old iPhone 7 without the Apple ID Password?

So I do shut down my old Icloud account which I use for my old iphone 7. Now I forgot the password and want to do a factory reset but phone doesn't allow this since it still recognizes my old Icloud account. What can I do in that situation

Your post is confusing because you say different things.

Do you mean you requested your account be deleted? If yes, read this support article —> How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

Carefully and thoroughly read that article for information about what happens when you delete your Apple ID account. For example:

"Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted."

From: How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

"What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted?

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support [call them at a telephone number for your country --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support ] with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data."

Apple can reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership (usually the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer —> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support ). Try this online here --> https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support (Yes, apparently this does work in this situation too: How to remove previously deleted apple id… - Apple Community )

If you don't receive your verification or reset email, read this Apple Support article: If you didn't receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support

"When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update. For example, you might have reset your password, reset your security questions, or added a new email address to your account."

If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
