"Unable to determine if your iPhone battery is a genuine Apple part" notification on my iPhone
So I have an xr which had a frozen unresponsive screen, i fixed it at a non apple store and it worked fine for two or three weeks but it suddenly shut down after 10% when i plug it in the charger it showed the apple logo for 10 seconds, went blank and then showed it again for 10 seconds, this goes on and on. i force restarted and it turned on but only on at 1%, its plugged in, but doesn't charge. And so a notification from the settings appeared saying that its "Unable to determine if your iPhone battery is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non-genuine, not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete." And i cant install the new software update, which I've read was one of the battery solutions, iOS 17.6.1, because the phone's at 1%
Was i robbed or is this a software malfunction?
