graphics lag on integrated gpu macbook pro 2019 i9 16go 1To Macos14.6.1

Hi' there,

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 (16") - Intel i9, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd, and AMD Radeon PRO 5500M discrete gpu.

My setup is clean ( i have the macbook since 1 month) and i see a lot of experience like this on Reddit or Apple community

I encounter graphic lags on battery and mains when browsing the internet or other. From what I have read, this is due to the integrated Intel graphics processor, whose frequency drops regularly, probably for energy saving reasons. I see on the forums messages that go back 4 years and no updates concerning this problem?? Am I the only one still encountering this kind of problem?

of course when I switch to the AMD graphics card, no more problems but a ridiculous battery life.

Thanks
