MBP 14 - M4 Max stuttery/fps drop scrolling

I recently spent approximately $6500 on a MacBook Pro M4 Max, and it’s causing me significant issues. Whenever I switch between windows or scroll, the screen shutters frequently. The problem worsens when the battery level drops below 20%.

I’ve tried various troubleshooting methods, including reinstalling the operating system and performing a first aid check, but none of these solutions have been effective.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.3
